Tactical plate carrier Gen 5 is an upgraded version of the Gen 3, designed for better protection, comfort, and functionality. This military vest features enlarged side cummerbunds for increased protection area, an integrated 5L (1.3 gallons) assault backpack, and a helmet holder for full tactical setup. The plate carrier is equipped with a reinforced Laser Cut MOLLE system around the entire vest, allowing easy attachment of mag pouches, medical kits, dump bags, and other tactical accessories.

This plater is designed for standard ballistic plates (Type E). Pixel vest also supports side ballistic inserts or soft armor packages, maximizing side protection. Military plate carrier vest comes with 3 universal closed mag pouches for AK/AR magazines, securely attached to the MOLLE system.

The inner part of the plate carrier has 15 mm (0.6 in) shock-absorbing pads that reduce blunt force trauma, improve comfort during long wear, and create ventilation space between the armor plate and the body. Comfortable shoulder pads with 8 mm (0.3 in) damping material and elastic plastic help distribute weight evenly and reduce pressure on the shoulders. Adjustable shoulder straps with VELCRO® allow easy fitting for different body types and proper plate positioning.

The quick-release system with original Italian 2M hardware on shoulders and sides allows instant removal of the bulletproof vest in emergency situations within 1 second. An evacuation handle is integrated into the rear for fast extraction when needed.

Material: Cordura 1000D (USA) is a heavy-duty nylon fabric with NIR coating for reduced visibility under night vision devices. It also has двойное polyurethane coating for water and oil resistance. Compared to lighter fabrics, Cordura 1000D offers higher resistance to abrasion, tearing, fading, and does not support burning, making it ideal for military and tactical gear.
