Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges for both defective and non-defective products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return Eligibility

Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original condition. Customers pay return postage unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after inspection.

To keep things completely transparent, here is a quick breakdown of costs:

How to Return Your Item

We accept returns by mail only. We do not have an in-store drop-off location.

  1. Start your request: Email us at contact@combatarsenal.com with your order details and the reason for your return.

  2. Pack your item: Securely place the item back into its original packaging.

  3. Address the package: Use the sender’s return address indicated on your original shipping label or package. (Please note: Because buyers cover standard return shipping, you will need to pay the postage fee at your local post office or courier service).

  4. Mail it to us: Send the package directly to that sender’s address. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service so we can confirm its arrival.

Refunds & Currency

  • Timeline: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 7 days.

  • Payment Method: Your refund will be sent directly back to the original payment method you used at checkout (PayPal or Stripe).

  • Currency: All refunds are issued in USD. If your home bank account uses a different currency, the funds will be automatically converted by your bank, Stripe, or PayPal using their current exchange rates.
