Black plate carrier vest from the Ukrainian Army manufacturer is equipped with a double quick-release system and a full MOLLE system. The WARMOR Gen. 2 tactical vest is used with standard 25 x 30 cm (9'8 x 11'8 inches) NATO plates and adjusts for sizes S to XL.

The front and rear panels, along with the cummerbund, feature MOLLE system straps for securing pouches and accessories. The modular setup allows for quick changes depending on mission needs.

Military Vest Structure:

• Chest panel with Velcro patch on top and 3 rows of MOLLE webbing below, plus an inner pocket for ballistic inserts.

• Back panel mirrors the front with inner pocket, Velcro, and MOLLE rows.

• Shoulder straps with length adjusters and padded inserts for comfort and fit.

• Quick-release system on shoulders and both sides for fast removal.

• Adjustable cummerbund with MOLLE webbing and quick-release fasteners.

Plate Carrier Purpose:

Ukrainian army military vest is made to hold soft armor or hard plates, shielding vital organs from bullets, shrapnel, falls, and blunt force. It's a key component of the gear used by soldiers in high-risk zones.

Fit & Customization:

Shoulder height is adjustable via special “lifters,” helping position the armor at the correct level. Soft padded Velcro covers reduce pressure and allow headset wires or hydration tubes to run through. Each strap includes a quick-release buckle for ambidextrous release. The cummerbund adjusts via Velcro and fits waist sizes from S to XL. (Note: it does not support soft armor inserts.)

Materials & Construction:

• Outer layer: Cordura 1000D, abrasion-resistant and non-flammable.

• Webbing: Polyamide, tough against moisture, UV, and temperature changes.

• Mesh: 3D AirMesh 550 for breathability and shock absorption.

• Quick-release buckles and fasteners from Italian brand 2M (Due Emme), with heat-stable acetyl plastic (-40°C to +132°C).

• High-quality Velcro for secure fastening.

• Built-in evacuation handle rated for 100+ kg, reinforced for rescue situations.

• Quick-release system with four points: two shoulder and two side buckles activated by T-shaped handles for fast disengagement.
