Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges for both defective and non-defective products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be in new condition (unused and in original packaging).
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the order.

  2. Return Method: Returns are processed by mail only.
  3. Return Label: A free return label is included in the package.
  4. Restocking Fee: No restocking fees apply.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 7 days of receiving the returned item.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • The refund amount will be processed in USD and automatically converted into the customer’s local currency.

Important Notes

  • We do not accept in-store or drop-off location returns.
  • The return shipping cost is covered by us if the return label is used.
  • If an item is defective or incorrect, we will provide a replacement or full refund.
